About the Farm
Background
Holland Ranch began as a backyard farm and has expanded significantly due to strong community support. By 2016, it had grown to its sixth season of market farming and its third year running a CSA with over 50 members.
Practices
The farm is certified organic and adheres to practices that exceed organic standards by completely avoiding the use of chemicals on their land and produce.
The Rest
Eric and Cheri Holland manage the farm with a small team including interns, one full-time staff member, and occasional volunteers or WWOOFers. During the growing season from May to November, their produce is available at the Antelope Valley Winery farmer's market on Saturday mornings.
