Founded in 2012 by a couple of local food enthusiasts, the farm emerged from a desire to redefine food quality and health. They began with a small piece of Texas land, aiming to produce nutrient-dense, land-focused meats. Over the years, they have expanded their offerings and partnered with other farms to provide a wider range of products, including grass-fed beef, raw honey, and more.

The farm employs rotational grazing methods, ensuring animals are always on pasture and free to graze. They supplement with a Non-GMO, soy-free, corn-free feed milled locally in Hamilton, Texas. No fertilizers, pesticides, antibiotics, vaccinations, or hormones are used, and natural de-worming practices are followed. The farm is committed to humane treatment and maintaining the health of the land.

The farm offers shipping directly to customers' doorsteps and allows for on-site pickup. They sell their meat by the cut on their website and offer reservations for half hogs. Additionally, they ensure their cured meats and sausages are free from nitrates, nitrites, MSG, dextrose, meat glue, or fillers. Educational classes on topics like beekeeping are also available.
