Highland Haven Farms is a small group of family farms located in Hillsboro, Winchester, and Greenfield, Ohio. Known for their commitment to producing nutrient-dense foods, they offer raw cow and goat dairy items, pasture-raised meats, soy-free eggs, and a variety of organically grown vegetables. The farm operates as a Private Membership Association, extending its reach to communities in Israel, Alaska, and the Philippines.

Highland Haven Farms operates off the grid, utilizing horses and hand labor instead of petroleum-powered equipment. Their farming philosophy emphasizes the careful management of grass farms to sequester carbon, claiming to sequester up to ten times more carbon than national forests. Dairy cows are pasture-grazed without the use of corn silage, soy, or GMOs, and are milked by hand to avoid chemical contamination. The farm avoids chemicals, antibiotics, growth hormones, and pesticides, and provides cows with a blend of dried kelp meal and natural clay-based trace minerals. During milking, cows receive non-GMO molasses and ground corn as a treat.

Highland Haven Farms offers custom CSA boxes and delivers to the greater Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus areas, as well as Chillicothe, Xenia, and Hillsboro. Orders can be placed weekly through their website. The farm emphasizes community building, aiming to replace personal conveniences with real food and support for family farms.
