Hay Creek Heritage Farms

Hay Creek Heritage Farms, LLC has been in operation since 2014, focusing on the conservation and promotion of rare and heritage livestock breeds and heirloom vegetables. Located in Pinckney and Chelsea, Michigan, the farm is a member of the Livestock Conservancy.
