Hammond Honey Farm

Dave Lambert started beekeeping in 2009 after observing honey bees in his backyard in St. Paul, Minnesota. Living on a hobby farm in Hammond, Wisconsin, he decided to pursue beekeeping seriously, taking a class and joining the St. Croix Valley Beekeepers Association. There, he connected with experienced beekeepers who have been tending bees for decades. Since then, Dave has cultivated a deep respect for honey bees and a passion for their protection.

The beekeeping operation emphasizes the importance of protecting honey bee populations. Through education and collaboration with other experienced beekeepers, the focus is on sustainable practices that support the health and vitality of the bees.

Dave's commitment to beekeeping is shared by his mentors and fellow members of the St. Croix Valley Beekeepers Association, creating a community dedicated to the well-being of honey bees.
