The farm operates on 53 acres of old growth hardwood forest in Spotsylvania, VA, and aims to bring the rich flavor of Spanish Jamon to the USA. USDA certified and processed locally, the farm offers small orders, discounted large orders, and CSA whole/half hog custom cuts.

Practices

The farm follows a free-range approach to raising its pigs, utilizing a pasture and forest system that allows the animals to forage for nutrient-rich acorns. The pigs are humanely raised with a barley-based non-GMO feed, ensuring a high-quality product. The old growth hardwood forest provides a natural environment that contributes to the unique flavor of the pork.
