About the Farm
Background
For four generations, the farm has been dedicated to restoring the health of the land it stewards, aiming to see it thrive with abundant life from the soil up for many generations to come.
Practices
The farm respects the lives of the animals, ensuring they graze on diverse forages and are frequently moved to fresh paddocks. The cows are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, never supplemented with grains or soy, and are raised without antibiotics, hormones, or steroids. The beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days to enhance tenderness and taste.
