Pigs and poultry receive a non-GMO grain ration while on pasture, whereas herbivores like cattle and sheep graze on grass during the growing season and consume high-quality hay during other times of the year. The farm emphasizes the importance of pasture-raising their animals to ensure high-quality meat.
The Rest
Customers can purchase products through a quarterly 'a la carte' CSA and monthly delivery service available to Granger and Valparaiso. Fresh poultry is available with advance reservation, and frozen birds are sold in limited quantities. Beef, pork, and lamb are only available frozen.
