Established with a dedication to preserving heritage breeds, the farm is known for its pastured pork, 100% grass-fed beef, and a variety of poultry, including Freedom Ranger chickens and Bourbon Red heritage turkeys. The farm's offerings include meat animals listed on the SlowFood USA Arc of Taste.

Pigs and poultry receive a non-GMO grain ration while on pasture, whereas herbivores like cattle and sheep graze on grass during the growing season and consume high-quality hay during other times of the year. The farm emphasizes the importance of pasture-raising their animals to ensure high-quality meat.

Customers can purchase products through a quarterly 'a la carte' CSA and monthly delivery service available to Granger and Valparaiso. Fresh poultry is available with advance reservation, and frozen birds are sold in limited quantities. Beef, pork, and lamb are only available frozen.
