Grandad's Apples

Located in Hendersonville, NC, this family-owned and operated farm has been growing apples for four generations since 1994. Pat, a fourth-generation apple farmer, continues the tradition on the family's 120 acres of land, with his wife Leslie and their two daughters, Kaylin and Kayce, managing the market and bakery.

The farm emphasizes traditional apple farming methods passed down through generations. They offer both pre-picked apples and you-pick options on select weekends, allowing visitors to engage directly with the orchard. The land is cultivated with a focus on maintaining the health and productivity of the apple trees, ensuring a bountiful harvest each season.

Visitors can enjoy a variety of family-friendly activities, including feeding llamas and goats, navigating a 5-acre corn maze, and exploring the pumpkin patch in late September. The farm's bakery offers a range of apple-based treats such as hot cider donuts, apple pies, cookies, and apple cider slushies. The country store features fall harvest decorations and apple-themed gifts.
