Good Keeper Farm has established itself as a reliable source of diverse, organic produce and animal products. After much discussion, they have transitioned from milking their own cows to sourcing milk from Apple Valley Creamery, ensuring a consistent supply for their members.

The farm adheres to USDA Certified Organic standards, avoiding petroleum fertilizers and chemical pesticides. Instead, they enrich the soil with compost, manure, and cover crops, and manage weeds through cultivation and mulching. Pest control is achieved using physical barriers, resistant plant varieties, and encouraging natural predator populations. Animals are raised on pasture, and their feed is local, non-GMO, and often grown with organic no-till techniques. The farm also focuses on growing vegetables that can be stored through the winter, ensuring year-round availability.

Members of the CSA visit the farm weekly to select their desired produce and products, fostering a close relationship with the land and its caretakers. The CSA operates on a free-choice system, allowing members to take as much as they need while adhering to guidelines for sustainable consumption.
