Glade Road Growing

Established in 2010, this small family farm is located across from Heritage Park in Blacksburg, Virginia. Over the years, it has become known for its diverse offerings, including certified naturally grown vegetables and a variety of pasture-raised meats.

The farm employs certified naturally grown methods for its vegetables and supplements its pasture-raised meat chickens, pork, duck eggs, and heritage turkeys with certified organic feed. This approach ensures that all produce and meat are raised with a focus on natural and organic principles.

The farm accepts SNAP EBT and offers a full-service farm stand with walk-up service available on Tuesdays from 9 am to 5:30 pm, with additional hours in-season. A self-service kiosk, open 24/7, provides a limited selection of about 20 different vegetables, eggs, and honey, where customers can check out and pay using various methods except EBT. Online preorders are packed daily, and local delivery is available on Tuesdays. Farm shares are also offered.
