Giles Ranch

Located just north of the Joplin/Carthage area, this farm has made a name for itself by focusing on raising beef and lamb without the use of steroids, hormones, antibiotics, or medicated feed. Though not certified organic, the farm adheres to organic practices in its operations.

The farm's animals are raised without performance enhancers and the pastures are free from chemicals, pesticides, and herbicides. Emphasizing a fresh, healthy, and stress-free environment for the animals, the farm aims to be good stewards of the land and livestock.
