About the Farm
Background
Galloway Manor has been a dream in the family for almost 100 years. The family has lived in rural Virginia since 1899, and they finally have the means to make this happen. They are opening for business on April 2nd, 2023.
Practices
The farm maintains a small chicken flock and 100 laying Coturnix quail. Beef tallow is a specialty, and apiculture is practiced by a talented amateur apiarist.
The Rest
The family members each contribute uniquely: the daughter bakes delicious bread, particularly focaccia, while the son collects and blesses water under each full moon, bottling and sealing it with wax.
