Fred's Urban Farm

Fred's Urban Farm, located in the urban center of Spring Valley near San Diego, is a family-owned operation managed by a mother and son duo, Robin and Kellen. Known for its innovative SaladATM farm stand, the farm offers a variety of seasonal produce including citrus, microgreens, salad greens, and eggs.

The farm employs organic growing practices, avoiding the use of chemical sprays or fertilizers. This commitment to organic methods ensures that all produce is grown naturally and sustainably within the urban environment.

The self-service farm stand, located in front of the farm, provides customers with the freshest produce available in San Diego. Everything sold at the stand is either grown on the farm or sourced locally. Additionally, customers can shop online and pick up their orders at the farm stand.
