The journey began when Teresa Penhall, a former REALTOR, acquired an aged Holstein cow from Hastings Dairy, which became a family pet and sparked a passion for farming. This cow's ability to raise multiple calves impressed neighbors and led to the establishment of a farm dedicated to raising Angus beef and Jersey cows.
Practices
