The journey began when Teresa Penhall, a former REALTOR, acquired an aged Holstein cow from Hastings Dairy, which became a family pet and sparked a passion for farming. This cow's ability to raise multiple calves impressed neighbors and led to the establishment of a farm dedicated to raising Angus beef and Jersey cows.

The farm raises a closed herd of Angus beef without antibiotics or immunizations, and the hay fed to the animals is organic, though not certified. They also produce pastured eggs and offer raw cow's milk from 100% grass-fed A-2 Jersey cows. The farm emphasizes a close connection to the source of their products.

The farm offers various herd share options for customers to receive raw cow's milk, with detailed pricing and boarding fees. They also sell organic hay and pastured eggs, and their products are marketed as 'beyond organic.'
