About the Farm

Background

Florida Fields to Forks began in October 2011 and has grown to over 2,500 members across multiple counties in Florida. Known for its commitment to providing high-quality, nutritious foods, the farm partners with local ranches and farms that adhere to beyond organic practices. The farm has been recognized in publications such as Florida Today and the National Health Review.

Practices

The farm and its partners follow beyond organic farming practices, avoiding hormones, antibiotics, chemical fertilizers, and toxic pesticides. Animals are raised on diverse forages in untreated pastures, and seasonal vegetables are grown using similar principles. The farm also pasture-raises free-range laying hens with soy-free organic feed. The philosophy emphasizes the health benefits of raising animals naturally and the importance of soil health.

The Rest

Membership requires a one-time fee with no ordering requirements, allowing members to place orders online and pick up at designated locations. The farm offers a variety of products including 100% grass-fed and grass-finished Angus beef, pastured pork, lamb, chicken, wild-caught seafood, raw milk, artisan cheeses, local produce, and honey. The farm is not open to the general public and does not sell at farmers' markets. Brock Hall, the farm manager, brings a decade of sales and marketing experience to his role and is dedicated to providing nutritious local foods.
