Ebb & Flow Farm

Based in Northern Wayne County, PA, the farm has established itself as a trusted source for high-quality garlic and seasonal fresh vegetables. They run a seasonal CSA in Butler, NJ at Taste of Dawn and maintain a roadside stand in Lakewood, PA.

The farm employs a variety of sustainable agricultural practices, including composting, cover cropping, green manuring, and crop rotation. They use composts, animal manures, natural insect control methods, mineral enhancements, micro-organisms (EM), and beneficial mycelium. Basic bio-dynamic principles and a keen observation of natural life cycles are also integral to their farming philosophy.
