About the Farm

Background

The farm has dedicated itself to breeding rare Heritage breed poultry and cattle, focusing on Partridge Chanticlers for chicks, eggs, and meat. They also produce grass-fed beef from Irish Dexter cattle.

Practices

Animals are raised with respect and their best health in mind, utilizing a pasture-based system. The farm grows much of its own organic food and feed, ensuring that chickens are fed organic feed and have access to pasture. They also cultivate nutrient-dense fruits and vegetables, as well as unusual perennial plants, on their land.

The Rest

The farm includes 20 acres of hay and 1 acre dedicated to flowers. Chicks are available in the spring, and eggs from pasture-raised chickens are offered.
