Dilish Farm

Dilish Farm is the result of six years of intensive stewardship, focusing on soil health and biodiversity. Known for its commitment to chemical-free farming, the farm has become a staple at local farmers' markets and through its CSA memberships.

The farm employs a variety of regenerative practices, including cover cropping with nutrient-rich, nitrogen-fixing plants, and holistic grazing rotation of free-ranging hens and ducks. Compost is used at the start of the planting season, and hand weeding is practiced to monitor plant health closely. No chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides are ever used. The farm emphasizes permaculture and no-till methods to create a thriving ecological environment.

Members of the farm's CSA receive access to a Pinterest board of recipes, weekly newsletters with kitchen technique videos, and a produce guide. The farm also offers farm tours, live music events, and seated dinners. CSA members can join a private Facebook group to share tips and interact directly with the farmer.
