Deerfield Farms

Established in 2006, Deerfield Farms began its journey with the first growing season in 2007. Initially focusing on tomatoes, the farm expanded its offerings in 2020 to include basil and cucumbers, and in 2021, they introduced a selection of microgreens.

The farm adheres to certified organic farming practices, ensuring that all produce, including tomatoes, basil, cucumbers, and microgreens, meets rigorous organic standards. This commitment to organic methods reflects a dedication to both the health of the soil and the quality of the produce.

Tomatoes are available from mid-May through mid-December at several local grocery stores and the Kootenai County Farmers Market. Basil, cucumbers, duck and chicken eggs, and microgreens can be purchased at the Kootenai County Farmers Market or through special arrangements via their online store.
