The farm produces a wide range of products including sweet potatoes, turnips, swiss chard, wax beans, tomatillos, strawberries, potatoes, beets, raspberries, carrots, kale, kohlrabi, eggplant, snap peas, collards, pumpkins, pickling cukes, hot peppers, red shell beans, shucking peas, garlic, winter squash, broccoli rabe, tomatoes, parsley, lettuce, apples, melons, blackberries, peaches, garlic scapes, broccoli, basil, nectarines, radishes, blueberries, fingerling potatoes, cauliflower, pears, cucumbers, squash, brussels sprouts, heirloom tomatoes, green beans, apricots, bell peppers, romano beans, plums, and snow peas.
