Debbie's Garden

Debbie Hill, originally from Norfolk, Virginia, relocated to Dallas, GA in 2011 after living in Marietta, Georgia for 19 years. Growing up in a rural community with a large family garden, she inherited her green thumb from her grandfather, a Methodist minister and gardener. Debbie has been passionate about gardening since childhood, finding joy and solace in the act of planting and nurturing various herbs and plants.

Debbie grows her herbs and plants in raised beds, pots, a greenhouse, and directly in the ground. She focuses on both culinary and medicinal herbs, including basil, oregano, parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, tarragon, evening primrose, St. John's wort, feverfew, burdock, and echinacea. Emphasizing the importance of seed saving, she offers naturally grown herb and flower seeds, along with dried herbs and fresh cut flowers.

Debbie sells her plants and products at the Cave Spring Community Market most Saturdays from April through September. She also offers Jewelweed Soap for poison ivy relief and occasionally has produce available. Customers can contact her via email or Facebook for specific herb inquiries or to make appointments for direct purchases. Debbie maintains an email list for sales and events updates and appreciates the support of her loyal customers from various farmers markets.
