Located in West Corinth, Vermont, the farm has established itself as a community cornerstone through its diverse agricultural offerings and commitment to sustainable practices. Known for its wide variety of vegetables and pastured meats, the farm has also become a local hub with its Cookeville Market, which offers produce, meats, and goods from over thirty local artisans and producers. The farm also hosts community events such as pizza nights with local acoustic music during the summer.

The farm employs intensive, market-gardening techniques for vegetable production and raises pastured pork, poultry, beef, and lamb. The farm offers a Free Choice CSA Card, which can be used to purchase meat and vegetables at their farm store, Cookeville Market, or at local farmer's markets in Chelsea and Bradford, Vermont. The Cookeville Market also serves breakfast, lunch, and Farm-to-Takeout options from Wednesday through Saturday.
