Since 2012, this family-run boutique farm has been successfully growing year-round on the Gulf Coast, supplying superior leaf to local restaurants, home chefs, farm markets, and buying clubs from Pensacola, Florida to New Orleans, Louisiana.

Utilizing state-of-the-art controlled environment hydroponic greenhouses, the farm grows lettuces and salad greens without the use of herbicides or pesticides. Their systems are computer-monitored 24/7 to maintain optimal growing conditions and meet the nutritional needs of the plants.
