Craige's Craft Pork

The farm began as an exploration into 'craft pork,' focusing on refining the taste and quality of pork through careful adjustments in pasture planting and feed supplementation. Stephen, the son of the founder, has joined the venture and plans to expand offerings to include pasture-raised chicken eggs and seasonal vegetable produce.

The pigs are heritage breeds, raised entirely on pasture. Their diet is supplemented with a mix of non-GMO corn and peanuts soaked in water to aid digestibility. This approach ensures the animals are healthy and their meat is flavorful.

Products available include mild and hot patty sausage, mild and hot link sausage, backbone cuts, and pork chops. Visitors are encouraged to taste and enjoy the high-quality pork produced by these happy pigs.
