About the Farm

Background

Founded in 2021, the farm is a collaboration between the Young family and their friends Adrian and Christie. They started the farm to care for the future of the planet for their children and future generations.

Practices

The farm employs regenerative and permaculture principles, emphasizing soil health and biodiversity. Proudly certified organic in 2022, they focus on sustainable farming methods that nurture the land and produce high-quality vegetables.

The Rest

The farm offers an 18-week CSA program from mid-June to mid-October, with delivery or drop-off options. A Holistic Nutritionist provides weekly unboxing videos with storage tips, preparation advice, and recipe ideas. They also maintain a private Facebook group for members to share tips and recipes. Additionally, they participate in the Cobourg Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings during the season.
