About the Farm
Background
Established in 1978, this 145-acre family farm is co-owned by Karen and Glenn Cook. Known for its seasonal pick-your-own fruit, hayrides, cider donuts, and family-friendly festivals, it has become a beloved local destination.
Practices
The farm grows a variety of fruits and vegetables, emphasizing the importance of fresh, farm-grown produce. They also produce honey and farm fresh eggs, showcasing a commitment to diverse agricultural practices.
The Rest
The farm store is open daily from May until mid-December, offering scratch baked goods, farm-grown vegetables, cider, honey, farm fresh eggs, and farmhouse gifts. The PitchFork food truck serves seasonally-inspired eats, fresh squeezed lemonade, and fruit-infused ice cream. Additionally, Cider Hill Cellars, an award-winning hard cidery founded by Chadd Cook, offers tastings and tours. For a complete list of festivals, special events, tours, tastings, and children's programming, visitors are encouraged to check the farm's website.
