Chitwood Family Farm

Founded by Jon and Tricia Chitwood, the farm has grown from Jon's background in communication studies and entrepreneurship to a thriving family operation. Jon's dedication to beekeeping is evident through his completion of the University of Nebraska's master beekeeping course and queen rearing course. Tricia, with her background in political science and French, contributes her green thumb to the farm's flower and vegetable gardens. The farm is a family affair, with their children, Reece and Matalyn, also involved.

The farm emphasizes grass-fed practices for their lamb, ensuring the animals graze on natural pastures. Jon's expertise in beekeeping ensures that the bees are managed with care and respect, contributing to the health of the hives and the quality of the honey produced.
