Cedar Ridge Farms

The farm's roots trace back to the owner's childhood, spent farming with family on 80 acres and managing cattle and hay baling operations with their grandfather. A renewed interest in gardening led to the discovery of microgreens, which the family began to grow and share with their community.

The farm emphasizes the nutritional benefits of microgreens, which are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. These microgreens are grown fresh and raw, intended to be added to meals for enhanced flavor and texture. The farm also cultivates a variety of seasonal vegetables and berries, and raises goats and chickens on their five-acre plot.
