Natasha and Nathan have dedicated themselves to cultivating a diverse array of specialty and heirloom produce, with a strong emphasis on seasonal growing to ensure peak nutrition and flavor. They are known for their commitment to eco-conscious and regenerative farming practices.

The farm operates without the use of any pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides, relying instead on natural methods such as crop rotation, green manuring, and hand weeding. They plant crops in their proper seasons to avoid pests and attract beneficial insects like green lacewings, ladybugs, and bees. Additionally, barn cats, owls, eagles, and hawks help control the rodent population. All seeds are sown by hand, and every plant is planted and harvested by hand at peak freshness.
