About the Farm
Background
With a surplus of goat milk, in 2005 Sandi Burns began a hobby making lip balms and soaps for friends and family. After much encouragement and perfecting recipes, in 2009 Burns Creekside Farms LLC was officially established. The farm is a small, 10-acre family-owned and operated business.
Practices
Burns Creekside Farms raises Nubian goats and produces a variety of handmade products using goat milk. The farm adheres to Florida law by selling surplus raw goat milk for animal use and not for human consumption. They are members of the Handcrafted Soap and Cosmetic Guild and 'Fresh From Florida'.
