Breezy Knolls Farms has established itself as a provider of high-quality grass-fed cattle, focusing on heritage breeds like the Australian Lowline. Known in the US as American Aberdeen Angus, these cattle are prized for their smaller size and docile nature, making them ideal for homesteads.

The farm employs a rigorous rotational grazing system, where cattle are moved through pastures of fescue, bermuda, rye, and clovers.
