Situated on 41 acres of transitional silvopasture in the Quiet Corner of Connecticut, the farm has developed a reputation for its commitment to full-circle sustainability and flavor. The farm employs intensively managed rotational grazing year-round, moving animals between 43 paddocks within a 20-acre perimeter. The animals, including Kiko goats, Icelandic sheep, heritage breed pigs, and laying hens, live on pasture all year long and are never confined. They breed according to their natural cycles and birth unassisted on pasture.
