Borski Farms

Established in 1992, the farm is based in Kaysville, Utah, and has become known for its wide variety of vegetables, herbs, and fruits. Over the years, it has built a reputation for providing fresh produce, often picked the same morning as it is sold.

The farm emphasizes harvesting produce at the peak of ripeness, ensuring that fruits and vegetables are picked fresh on the morning of pick-up days. This practice not only guarantees the highest quality but also supports the local community by offering produce that is both fresh and flavorful.

The farm operates a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, with registration running from January through May and the season spanning from the end of June to the beginning of October. Produce is also sold at the Salt Lake City Farmer's Market and a seasonal stand in Kaysville, open six days a week.
