Borden Farms, LLC

Located in the historic farming community of Pea Green, Borden Farms began modestly and has grown to encompass 20 acres of field production and 13,000 square feet of greenhouse space since its establishment in 1996. Known for their 'Bordens' Best' homegrown tomatoes and sweet, juicy peaches, the farm has become a staple in the Western Slope of Colorado.

Borden Farms adheres to USDA Organic Certification standards, ensuring that their produce is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. The farm benefits from the unique climate of the Uncompahgre Valley, where warm summer days and cool nights, combined with fertile sandy loam soil, create optimal growing conditions. Their crops are hand-picked at peak flavor and nutritional value, emphasizing quality and freshness.

Borden Farms offers a wide selection of their produce through a CSA program and at various Farmers Markets and farm stands in Aspen, Carbondale, Edwards, Ridgway, Montrose, Telluride, and Crested Butte. Their commitment to delivering the finest, freshest produce is reflected in the old-fashioned flavor reminiscent of food grown by previous generations.
