Blue Dog Family Farm

Certified organic by Oregon Tilth, this farm has established itself as a producer of a wide range of vegetables, herbs, and flowers, all grown from seed germinated on-site. The farm also features a small peach orchard and offers shares in an 18-week summer CSA and a 9-delivery winter CSA.

The farm employs organic farming methods, growing many heirloom varieties and germinating all seeds on the farm. The certification by Oregon Tilth underscores their commitment to organic practices.

In addition to selling at local farmers markets and to local wholesale accounts, the farm has introduced two new apprenticeships. The Farmwyfe apprenticeships offer the opportunity to learn the wise woman tradition directly from Shawna.
