Background
The farm is a small, family-run operation dedicated to surpassing organic standards in their animal husbandry practices.
Practices
Poultry is raised on grass, fresh air, and sunlight, supplemented with a 100% certified organic, Non-GMO, and soy-free diet. The farm also handles its own processing to ensure the health of the birds from start to finish.
The Rest
Farm pick-up is available on Wednesdays from 2-5 PM, and Greenmarket pick-up is on Sundays from 8-12:30 PM at the Taste of the Gardens Greenmarket in Palm Beach Gardens. Thanksgiving turkeys, which are pastured and on the same diet as the chickens, require a $25 deposit.
