Big Bear Farms

The farm raises a variety of billies and nannies, employing methods such as bottle feeding, nanny feeding, and a combination of both. The goats are raised on feed and grass, and are provided with wormer and minerals to ensure their health. The farm's practices emphasize the importance of nurturing both the land and the minds of young people through hands-on agricultural education.

Big Bear Farms, Inc. is a proud participant in the Hillsborough County Agricultural Stewardship Program and has been a primary sponsor of the Ag. In The Classroom Programs at local elementary schools. The farm continues to support educational gardens for over 20 classrooms, aiming to teach children that food does not come from a tin can at Walmart. The farm also prides itself on providing a personal touch to individual consumers, catering to walk-in retail customers.
