Bethesda Farm prioritizes the welfare of their chickens by adhering to the 'Mobile Houses on Pasture' certification, soon to be renamed 'Pasture Living,' which is the most restrictive certification by Whole Foods. The farm produces all of its own feed at an organic and non-GMO feed mill located in rural St. Augustine, ensuring that the hens receive a soy-free diet if specified.
