Beaver Creek Game Farms

Founded in 1993 by Spencer Moore, Beaver Creek Game Farms has established itself as a local provider of humanely raised game birds, turkeys, and chickens. Over the years, the farm has expanded its offerings to include a variety of vegetables, fruits, and herbs, along with an array of value-added products such as jams, jellies, pickles, and hot sauces. The farm supplies products to restaurants, wholesalers, and retail stores, and is a regular presence at farmers markets in the Richmond area.

The farm is committed to humane animal husbandry, raising quail, partridge, pheasant, turkeys, and chickens with care and respect. The bees on the farm produce honey, contributing to the farm’s ecosystem. Produce that is not sold fresh is either donated or transformed into value-added products, minimizing waste and maximizing the utility of their harvests.

Beaver Creek Game Farms offers a variety of seasonal products, including quail and quail eggs year-round, pheasant and chukar partridge from September through March, and turkeys for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The farm also hosts events such as farmers markets, workshops, and compost drives, fostering community engagement and environmental stewardship.
