Located in the rolling hills of Clayton County near Edgewood, Iowa, this family-run farm has been certified organic since 1998. A father and daughter team, along with the next generation in training, have dedicated themselves to producing healthy food for their family and community. The farm's philosophy centers on the belief that healthy food begins with healthy soil. To this end, they follow strict organic guidelines, avoiding pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, growth hormones, and antibiotics. Their cattle, which include 20 crossbred cows, are 100% grass-fed and pastured from April to October. The farm also raises Berkshire pigs and chickens in outdoor settings, ensuring they receive fresh air, sunshine, and space. Herbal remedies, homeopathy, and other holistic methods are used for animal care, emphasizing a natural and humane approach.

The farm produces A2 cheese curds, beef, pork, and chicken, all available through farm pickup or neighborhood delivery. They encourage visitors to call ahead or drop by during business hours to see their practices firsthand. Their rotational grazing system and non-GMO feed contribute to the exceptional quality and flavor of their meats.
