About the Farm
Background
Back 40 Farm began as an offshoot of Whipoorwill Farm, a well-established vegetable CSA and farm. Last year marked the transition to what is now known as Back 40 Farm, focusing on expanding their offerings beyond vegetables.
Practices
The farm raises chickens on pasture, feeding them organic grain sourced from Lakeview Organic in Penn Yan, New York. The chickens are humanely processed on the premises, ensuring a high standard of care and quality.
The Rest
