About the Farm

Background

Located in East Berlin, Pennsylvania, this sixth-generation farm has been in the Stoner family since 1928. Through hard work and perseverance, the farm grew and established Apple Valley Creamery in 2005. The farm is currently owned and operated by Larry & Sharon Stoner and their family.

Practices

All milk is bottled on premises from their own pastured cows, with no use of rBST or rBGH. The farm is independently certified by the 'Animal Welfare Approved' program and only plants and feeds non-genetically modified crops. They are dedicated to being good stewards of their resources to ensure the farm can be passed on to future generations.

The Rest

Products can be purchased at the farm store, through home delivery, or at local markets and stores. They also sell products from many other local farms and businesses. The farm offers tours and has a strong commitment to connecting families to their farming practices.
