Background
The farm specializes in raising Dorper lambs, Boer goats, and Wagyu/Angus beef cattle, each chosen for their superior qualities in meat production. The Dorper lamb, originating from South Africa, is known for its rapid growth and minimal wool, while the Boer goat is celebrated for its rapid weight gain and heavy muscling. The Wagyu/Angus cattle are prized for their marbling and tenderness, creating a unique blend that elevates the quality of beef.
Practices
Livestock are pasture-raised year-round on coastal Bermuda, native grasses, rye grasses, and beneficial herbs, ensuring they are free from corn, soy, antibiotics, and GMOs. The Rest
