About the Farm
Background
Located in Rutherfordton, the farm began as a family endeavor to produce their own meat and has since expanded to sell the excess to the public. They are known for their limited production and high-quality, registered livestock.
Practices
The farm employs grass-fed and grass-finished methods for their beef, pasture-raising for their pork, and free-range practices for their chickens. They raise their animals without added hormones and antibiotics, ensuring all meat is USDA inspected, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen. Additionally, their goat and lamb meat is Halal processed and cut fresh every week.
The Rest
The farm also supplies North Carolina farm-raised goat meat and raises AKC Anatolian Shepherds. They offer registered Highland and Highland Angus cross beef, Red Wattle pigs, and Romney sheep.
