Alemany Farm

Alemany Farm, situated on 4.5 acres in San Francisco's southeast side, is managed by Friends of Alemany Farm. The farm operates on the unceded ancestral homeland of the Ramaytush Ohlone peoples. It has become a cornerstone for food security and community engagement, providing free produce to neighbors and volunteers. The farm is supported by Earth Island Institute, a nonprofit organization with a long history of promoting ecological sustainability and environmental justice.

Alemany Farm employs organic farming methods to cultivate fruits and vegetables. The farm emphasizes environmental education, teaching both children and adults about the benefits of local food production within a healthy ecosystem.
