Air2Ground Farms, LLC

Founded by a former US Air Force member after nearly 25 years of service, the farm transitioned from city life to a mission of producing high-quality meat for family, friends, and community. The dedication to mission and attention to detail learned in the military now drive the farm's operations, focusing on health from the inside out.

The farm employs regenerative farming practices aimed at healing the land, resulting in healthy soil and animals. They humanely raise small batch, forested, non-GMO pork; pastured non-GMO poultry; pasture-raised non-GMO lamb; and grass-fed/finished beef. The beef herd consists mostly of Devon cattle known for their 'grass genetics,' supplemented by a few black and red Angus. Heritage breed Berkshire pigs are hand-fed non-GMO feed and allowed to root through the forest. Poultry are raised on pasture after an initial brooding period, and sheep graze on pasture with supplemental non-GMO feed as needed. All meat products are USDA inspected.

The farm offers raw milk from A2/A2 Jersey cows by the half gallon and sells products at local farmers markets in Ava and Forsyth, MO. Customers can pre-order and pick up their orders during market hours. The farm also ships products throughout the lower 48 states, with customers covering shipping costs. Additionally, the farm has a YouTube channel and blog for updates, and offers a line of 'INSTEADER' merchandise.
