The farm avoids chemical fertilizers and herbicides, focusing instead on sustainable growing methods. Their beef cows are grass-pastured and are raised without antibiotics or hormones. Vegetables are grown sustainably, eschewing commodity-level production in favor of quality and ecological balance.
