Underwood Family Farms in Somis

For more than 25 years, Ventura County's freshest and most delicious fruits and vegetables have been available at Underwood Family Farms. The Underwood Family has been farming in Ventura County since 1867, and for over ten years, they have been rated the number one produce stand in all of Ventura County.

The farm operates as a fully functional working farm, allowing visitors to pick their own fruits and vegetables. They also sell field-fresh produce, jarred products, and specialty items at their Farm Market. The farm's practices emphasize providing fresh, local produce directly to the community through both their on-site market and participation in 15 Farmers' Markets each week.

Visitors can enjoy a variety of activities such as picking their own blueberries from late May to mid-July, exploring the animal center, and marveling at the goat ramp. The farm also hosts numerous seasonal events including a Springtime Festival, Fall Harvest Festival, and Christmas on the Farm.
