Sun One Organic Farm

Now in its fourth year, the farm has established itself as a diverse producer of over 60 different fruits and vegetables, supplying local farmers markets, fine restaurants, and offering a 17-week CSA program.

As a certified Organic farm, it adheres to strict organic farming methods, focusing on a wide variety of crops including 15 varieties of potatoes and 12 varieties of tomatoes, along with squash, greens, kale, onions, peppers, fruit, mints, and herbs.

The farm is a WWOOF host, welcoming interns to learn and participate in organic farming practices. Produce is available at the Wooster Square Farmers Market in New Haven and New Morning in Woodbury, and it supplies fine restaurants like Carol Peck's Good News Cafe and Community Table.
